After reading and posting in the threads about classes you like/don't like, here's the challenge/experiement. Start a character in a class and gender that normally you wouldn't touch and play it to at least... what?... level 15? Suggestions? I don't want to make the level too low or too high. You have to get used to a character before you can really make a decent judgement.

Post the class and character name here and keep us updated.

Being female, all my characters are female, so to completely mix it up I'm going to make a male Paragon, a gender and class I normally would not do. Just not my thing, so here goes. My new paragon.

Name: Seraj Seraph.

P.S. Someone said all the Paragon male faces were pretty? Not! I made a pretty one but there are some tough/ugly looking faces there.

good aide time for me to start a ranger

i tried making a ranger before but didnt like the plasy style,
but time to give it another shot, i mostly play as a caster

hmm in tried para couple of times now but never gone through the NF starte place =(...well maybe Para i dont knowil see =) other i already tried =)

I already have a jump start on this.

I started a sin and he's level 13 now after about 2-3 hours of play. Not sure when I will play it again though as I'm in the middle of stuff with my main character.

I'd say make it to level 10, then go to Eye of the North to really test him or her out.

The only Profession I don't have at level 20 is Monk.

Well, my para is lvl 3, lol. I think I'm going to play him at least through all of noob island, then after the mission that goes to the mainland, I'll figure out if I'm going to keep him or not.

Female Assassin name "Vizu Aint Got Shiz".

Started last night, today lvl 20 and @ unwaking waters ATM. Factions is still one of my most loathed campaigns ever.

I did this with 2 classes i dislike :X

Dervish and Mesmer.

Dervish is lvl 20 in vabbian and Elite sunspear but still havent done ventra cemetary. Can't seem to find a build i like playing on her.

Mesmer is level 15 in Vlox Falls. Full Canthan 1.5k, cant find a build i like playing on her.

95% of players who have played a Paragon don't get off noob island

No wonder people don't like them. They get way better the longer you play them in game

I actually am going to start a new toon soon just can't make up my mind on what to go with. Rit is a good possibility

My Para has been created for over a year now but I never played her. She is still level 3 sitting in spamadan. I will eventually but yeah, that would be the new char I get to play. But not now I still have to finish quests and dungeons with 2 more chars and then I can play the Para.

Got all of em, least played has to be my mesmer though, but all of em are lvl 20 and have elite armors, and im not about to delete one

Just finished grinding out Sunspear for the quest "And a Hero Shall Lead Them"
I need to find a better build for her though.
The Imbagon is just too boring for my tastes.

i currently have a sin tht i have gotten survivor on in only 3 and a half hours

its really a profesion tht i wouldnt normaly touch but all the hype about permas really got me excited but sience the recent nerfs i dont think ill play him as much

Eep PvP titles are not for me im afraid, i got maybe 30 fame and about 6 glad points in all the time i spend on the game. Nice idea though.
